That "should" effectively rule out any "spike" type surprise anns for the foreseeable future. Management has made their decision and until they have a solid and profitable cash flow, drilling results are all that holders have to look forward to. This is a long term programme if ever there was one and for the believers, they must now judge whether their plan is viable, and those that do think so, can sit back and just wait and watch it all unfold. The less patient will probably look elsewhere for their adrenaline rushes.
Hats off to management. They definitely have a long term plan, they've now got nearly everything they need for many years ahead and the cash they require for this acquisition at a better deal than their last one, with less free options needed to sweeten the deal. Pity shareholders don't get that free 1:4 option.
Let's hope that the shareholder offer it taken up fully to enable the company to implement their plan.
