If you look at comparables, AKG has a lot further still to go to catch up
NVT is trading on 20x LTM EBITDA
RDH is trading on 15x LTM EBITDA
AKG pro-forma is (65m + 16m)/(6.6m + 4.1m) = 7.6x EBITDA
so AKG is still significantly cheaper.
