Ookami’s business model is to develop an ecosystem of advanced technology solutions encompassing‘smart contracts’ and blockchain technologies, secure identity management and verification (‘Know YourClient’) (KYC) and anti-money laundering (AML) applications, data markets, advertising analytics, digitalasset wallets and exchange platforms, digital asset solutions and security and encryption applications.

As per the Company’s diversified investment and acquisition growth strategy outlined in its listingprospectus released on ASX in November 2015, the Directors of Ookami continue to consider technologiesand solutions deemed complementary to the Ookami ecosystem, and are continuing to explore suchopportunities brought about via their deep industry connections and are currently evaluating a number ofadditional complementary business acquisitions that may have the potential to create additionalshareholder value. The Board is currently considering various opportunities deemed strategic to thetechnological and commercial partnerships in place with Brontech, Paid By Coins and NCX. The Companycautions that its evaluation of potential acquisition opportunities remains incomplete and confidential andthere can be no certainty that any agreement or agreements can be reached or that any transaction willeventuate. No binding commercial terms have been agreed with any prospective party. The Company willprovide updates in accordance with its continuous disclosure obligations.

Slow and steady. We will be set for the next Boom. Imo it will happen (but when?). Just look at the money that is going into blockchains / cryptos. It's the usual story- Some Big boys missed out on the first boom ( got most by surprise). So what do u do = bag the crap out of it?), but will be ready for 2nd boom. Its all speculative of cause, but they're my thoughts!  No disrespect to anyone!
