Not yet. This just means anyone with a bronID can now create an Akela account with that ID, removing the need to provide all the documentation two or more times in the ecosystem. All verified Akela users will now also be able to create a bronID without providing the same information again (unsure if anything extra may need to be provided). To participate in an offer with crypto(not all alt coins will be accepted) the paid by coins gateway needs to be finished which I think was said to be happening early next quarter.
