another thing I have just noticed is all of AJA properties be it retail office or residential are in TOKYO, so that's not really diversification is it?
I mean one earthquake in Tokyo and we can kiss AJA goodbye.
It would be better if they could diversify away from great Tokyo to some other big cities like Kyoto or Yokohama , but who am I to tell the property managers what to do, im just a nobody pleb on HC hey, im just a small fry I guess those why run AJA know best. I guess having the entire companys portfolio in ONE city is correct who am I to argue with the professionals hey.
