re: Ann: AIX reports strong monthly passenger... It is a shame, share price dropped after the great ann. Traded well below NTA, with highly likely potential for upgrading in valuation, AIX did not make any move today.
I am happy to add more position on AIX. It is monopoly, with so much land for development. I have no problem to hold AIX for long term. The only thing I don't like is the management fee, like 15%+, ridiculous. Well this is why it is traded well under NTA.
