Cash burn is not that bad you really need to remember it's still at the start of a new product costs are high on marketing and keeping up with appearances to industry biomedical costs more in marketing spend then normal medical companies. Cost will come down over time. Also being an one product company costs the same as a five product company which can hurt till it's at the point where clients are confident with product and need less after sales service.

My current business spends almost 5 dollars per $1 of income which keeps coming down overtime with uptake only a year ago it was close too 25. AXP is no different cost will come down sales will go up.

I've been burnt by this stock on paper, but still backing it if you speak to a few surgeons or know a few who have used this device it is positive yes repeat sales to them will be slower to they are 100% confident with the product and utlize using this product 100% of the time. It's like a new drug you don't switch all your patents on the drug at the start you give it time surgeons are doing the same.
Would love to know repeat sales per surgeon and see how the uptake is going.
