As far as your Mulligan question, Ground IP survey vs helicopter VTEM survey, I am only guessing that because Mulligan was a much smaller area, ground IP survey was less expensive...Also, there are only so many helicopter VTEM survey companies near enough to justify a mobilization and de-mobilization and that maybe the couple that were around were possibly busy...Again, just a guess on my part...
As far as your Joyce question of why no VTEM is because the acquisition of Joyce included an already flown TEM survey which they then did a 3D model of the results...VTEM surveys are not that cheap and as a TEM survey is nearly as good they were not going to spend more $$ on a close to duplicate result...
