Where do they come from thinking that they have the right to rate anything, given their past...........

"After months of negotiations, the investment bank JP Morgan has agreed to pay the US Government a record $13 billion to settle allegations it knowingly sold faulty mortgage securities that contributed to the Global Financial Crisis. It's the largest single settlement ever paid by a company to the Federal Government."

So much for them, considering the above, why would anyone believe anything they say .?
