What the heck happened today?
No news released to the market...
A company with a 5.6% dividend, earnings growth of 6.62% and a p/e of ~12, a low end 12 month price target of $4.5 +19% and a high end of $5.24 + 38.6%
what a bargain! load up the truck!
I had a set a target price of 3.65 and honestly I didn't think it would get there for another 2 months.
I'm assuming it's a Substantial holder unloading and making a bit of a splash.
thoughts ?
