APE held 95.6m shares in Oct. 28.8% of the register.
My understanding is that they will need to update if they +/- by 1% (3.3m shares).
22m shares have traded since 21/2 ($1.70) so if they are accumulating they have had plenty of opportunity to add 3.3m.
If they were going to lob a bid, I'd have expected them to do it when the sp was in the $1s
