Not necessarily. Can always reduce livestock numbers to have a larger on farm feed reserve. The premium from value adding to each litre of milk produced would more than compensate for the lower production. But yes it is a lengthy process to go certified organic unless they plan on selling the farms and purchasing organic certified farms.
