A capitalise raise at this price (evening using a long period VWAP) would be senseless but then they are starting to dry up the piggy bank a little. The quarterly cashflow announcement put cash at the end of June at around $1.57m and even with a cash burn rate nigh on zero (negative for last quarter and forecast as barely positive for next) that is too low for a company this size. Will need to raise some cash before the end of the calendar year unless they expect to do nothing for the next 6 months which leaves the share price in a further slow decline at best.
