A second strike requires there to be a spill of the positions however this will be after the AGM and there needs to be someone to chair the meeting and not part of the BoD spill so you will need to have people to put their names forward and have their Consent to Act as a Director ready to go. If not you will go into suspension as there needs to be min 3 BoD (depends on your constitution).
You need to think this through a bit more than say just do it on HC.
