He can resign from the Board but not sure he would do that or even know how and that may also cause some other problems (finding a non-related party replacement until the AGM) or he can resign from the role of CEO and the Board position goes with it. He is easily replaceable so not much of a worry there and if he keeps spitting out the rubbish he has so far he will go under any new Board as they wont tolerate it at all.
