His investment was at 13.5. That said, the Flahey’s acquisition is interesting. The cash component of the SPP attributable to the Flahey’s acquisition is$500,000. The original $ component of the purchase was $400,000, do transaction costs referable to the acquisition are a hefty $100,000 (6.67% of the overall acquisition price, or 25% of the cash component price as the rest is in shares /as milestones, etc).
