Unfortunately food is not a short term and high return industry. But longer term if you are able to build up a vertical integration from farm to end user it would deliver you additional margin and market share. But it does not happen over night. I believe they are heading in the right direction and 3 to 4 years is not an issue in the food industry. It may become 6 years due to some natural disaster or it they may over achieve with a bit of luck and deliver within 2 years.
This is the time to get on board and once the organic certification is approved then the earnings will come.
