There are only 2 options
1...........don't vote or vote the current clowns back in

2...........vote for change and Vote NO ...............you will get another chance to vote again if NO vote comes good..............board spill vote. If that comes good then once new names as prospective board members are put up, they will need SH approval (vote again)

Not sure where you stand on this Always but I cannot see any opportunity cost here( the best alternative would have to be the one we propose) by Voting NO and instigating change
