Looks as though they might be fine-tuning the business structure to enable a major sell down of the dairy farm portfolio, to free up some capital to inject into the recently acquired Camperdown greenfield development site earmarked for mik processing.
Potentially could be offering the dairy farms to investors on a lease back basis so as to secure the ‘organic’ milk supply going forward?
