Page 8 is misleading. It should have read: “Minimum revenue (over 4 years, or over the 4 year contract term) is expected to be $30m”.
Timing, duration and amount all need to be tied together in order to avoid any misleading impression being formed especially where the pre-empting language infers /suggests uplift (ie: minimum revenue).
At this stage, more of a marketing spin document which doesn’t seem to have been fully vetted. Otherwise, such an elementary error would not have been made.
Ditto also the corrective SPP announcement that had to be issued within hours of the original announcement.
How many corrective announcements does that now make in the last 4 months?
