Chobani is for the masses not the connoisseur but they recognise that and pursue that mass market with vigor and verve.
Icelandic style yoghurt could be the Procal Dairies "Icelandic Skyr Yoghurt" as it is new to market as well. There are other "skyr" type products out there though. Be interesting to see which one you are referring to.
