True, the kite flying and wind-surfing down that way is awesome...all year round. 

As for organic dairy farming and worse still converting to organic dairy farming from long held conventional dairy farming, well ummm errr I shall leave that one well alone. There are others in here far more versed than I on the issues, all I know is cost, risk and yield don't make it worth exploring any further. Add to it the complexity of genetically enhanced feed sources that with one delivery can destroy an entire organic dairy farming certification or a diesel spill on the farm or a settling pond overflows and floods paddocks or emergency vetinary precautions if a regional breakout of something nasty that needs non-approved medication or a fire forces stock to be moved off farm and then is fed something non-organically approved or ad nauseum.
