The key in all this is that they have so far announced:

1/ webinair details for the AGM (27/10)
2/ Hackett buying some shares (23/10)
3/ Hackett buying some more shares (27/10)
4/ Implementing Strategy - update (24/10)
3/ Skene radio (24/10),

yet no quarterly cashflow announcement release.

The announcement that does need to be made by next Tuesday (the SepQ cashflow statement) has not been released although given all this other activity going on, there is no reason why it should not yet have been released.

Why is it then that the quarterly cashflow results have not yet been released? After all, there is nothing magical about them being required to wait until EOD on 31/10 before releasing. Plenty of other reporting companies have already released their results. Not so, AHF.

As for there being no blackout applying (per Hackett's 2x disclosures of 23/10 and 27/10), it follows that the quarterly cashflow should be neutral with no surprises forthcoming - upside or downside. But, who can tell with this company and its BOD.
