The tracing of the Nutriforme product ownership can be found through ASIC by way of othe company name changes, annual P&L statement etc. so you can see the earnings and costs for Flahey Nutritionals and its predecessor companies all the way back to the initial stouch with Bellamy's. So actually all very traceable. Also if you check the history of Bellamy's you will find Chris Flahey was never really part of the Bellamy KMP (Key Management Personnel) but was part of the SMT (Senior Management Team) so some of the claims in the announcement stretch the truth, as usual, to the point of being so obscure most people cant find the actual truth. My understanding from a few years experience is the KMP are included by the Directors & Officers Insurance Scheme whereas SMT members are merely senior managers in the company that have purely operational responsibilities for their delegated areas. some companies actually have another layer between SMT members of the company and KMP and that is referred to as ELT (Executive Leadership Team) so SMT members are more often than not delegated merely at the GM level no matter what fancy title they are given. the litmus test is whether the individual or role they hold is included in the Directors & Officers Insurance Scheme. One might suggest the same tenuous claims also apply to the Simplot and Plumrose references.
