Interesting acquisition and even more interesting is the various comments on the announcement. I am going to hold my peace on this one as most of my network, industry knowledge and research into this venture and the parties involved brings to light things contrary to nearly every post in this thread.

Let the upcoming Annual Report speak for itself as that is largely what counts for shareholders given that market liquidity and volatility offers no trading or medium term capital gain opportunities on the share price alone.
