So this agreement as a reseller means that FZO improve some of the features they can offer in schools by rebranding and integrating the eschool pad software into their own but at a cost that is paid from FZO to edutech. So improved product but an increase in cost of sales. I wonder if FZO will charge schools more for this feature or will absorb the cost in a hope the new feature will further improve school sign up growth?
The other aspect of the agreement provides a foot in the door to Hong Kong school market.
