    Ok, to clarify the figures

    130,000 tons of removed ore over 12 months. (*10.800 tons/month)
    WWI will be paid equivalent of 0.6g/t oz (current rate about $25us)
    which is to be paid monthly in arrears, depending on tons, after deducting recovery of contractor costs (my estimated contractor costs are between $7-10us/ton).

    So current net rate is approx. $15-18us/ton for wwi

    The second income stream is firstly to the
    Contractor which is entitled to 0.4g/t
    (total of 1.0g/t now been factored, wwi @0.6 & contractor @ 0/4)

    The remaining grams /ton, split 50;50
    If the grades are 1.5g/t
    then both wwi and contractor entitles to another .25g/t profit share

    wwi share .85g/t
    contractor share .65g/t

    Higher grades will mean a bigger return

    Realistically WWI should earn over $250,000us/mth on a worst case scenario
