Corizon Limited (ASX: CIZ) (“the Company”) is pleased to advise that it has entered into an exclusivity and confidentiality agreement (“Agreement”) for a period of 21 days with a third party (“Third Party”). The Agreement with the Third Party relates to the potential acquisition of a company which owns a substantial Gold and Tungsten asset in Europe. The potential acquisition, if successfully concluded, will likely trigger ASX Listing Rule 11.1.3 and require the Company to re-comply with Chapters 1 and 2 of the ASX Listing Rules.
