    I don't think NOV is going to break out soon unfortunately because some son of a bitch is manipulating this stock downwards since 41.8 cps in December last year
    I assume they are trying to shake the tree to accumulate at a lower price so when they announce they have a banking licence they will clean up.
    just my theory ,you may have a better one.
