I think we're jumping the gun here.

they may sort the finance separately and re-list.

Or they may sell the clear creek asset, in which case they could payout the finance, and relist.
This would allow the market to revalue the stock based on its healthy cash backing.

Then the could do a capital return to shareholders and options holders could sell on market and redeem fair value.

Note they still retain the Helper asset, so they may want to keep 30m or so for development there.
