This company is likely to be a ten bagger.

The hard yards have been done. Years of software development and more importantly the first sale in the retail, building and government sectors. The first sales are the hardest, few purchasing officers have the guts to be early adopters.

Getting into the government sector is fantastic. Consider the thousands of toilet blocks, carparks, etc that each need to have an inspection logged on them once or twice a year.

The profit on subsequent sales must be huge as the cost to serve is low and the capital is already sunk on the software.
