Mixed feelings on this as I originally bought into MOD for that very gold. But its a new day now and a new focus which seems to be playing out very nicely indeed. So $o.75M in cash after paying down the last $1M debt and a nominal 15% stake in the new owner of Sams Creek seems pretty fair.
