No they look like what we all hoped MUS would be. They have the industry experience and they now have all the ruby ground that that Gemfields doesn't have. If they don't succeed then nobody will.
Even in hindsight I don't think the rubies were ever a scam. The rubies are real and the ground has great potential, what was less than idea was MUS's management.
