Criminal? What have they done that is criminal? They stuffed up the ruby sale by promising way too much and delivering way too little. Did they steal anything? Did they sell their stock at an inflated price? Last time I looked the Regius guys were swapping debt NXE owed them for shares, hardly theft. They sold the ruby tenements money for that is due in 3 days. They sold the Balama project for $10million and that makes me want to cry. They signed a debt deal with Arena that may end up with us paying $5 million for a $2.6 million loan. So bad management yes selling off assets cheap to avoid bankruptcy yes but criminal if so please report them to the police. I bought in again today 3c and under. The reason is that NXE has $12 million in hand maximum debt of $5 million and are planning to give shareholders $4 million.
My reading of the reports are that the Chinese guy demanded the capital repayment putting $600,000 back in his pocket. Anyone buying today will pay 3c and get 2.6c back. It may never happen but if it does its a good deal for people buying today.
