Arena posted this on their web site last year do not advertise external links.au/companies/news/202903/mustang-resources-given-funding-discretion-after-arena-investors-agrees-to-amendments-202903.html its a news story saying that Arena has waived the termination fee. Now the court case is about the termination fee. Doesnt it seem reasonable that if Arena is posting a story that NXE are publicly claiming that Arena have waived the fee that they speak up then and say hey wait a minute we didnt agree to that. I guess that it all hinges on did they waive or didnt they? If they didnt its pretty strange that they said nothing until they send the statutory demand.
Still does anyone know if the money for our ruby project is still due to be paid Feb 28?
