One thing I will disagree with you with is that it was not the same people that drove GGP/OGX into the ground that drove MUS/NXE into the ground. They are all bad, but beyond that they don't share anything in common.

I really think this is the end of the road for NXE. Arena want their money and NXE has nothing left to sell to pay them. The shell is so contaminated that it is probably worthless. The only unknown at this point is how far into 2019 will NXE make. I will say June.
