We don't know who took up the placement, that would be nice to know. Why wasn't that stated? They even paid a premium, when, as Dugsab so rightly put it, those placements are usually, nearly always, at a 25% discount. Had that happened they would have had to issue another 50 million shares to raise the same amount. We should all be very satisfied with that outcome.

Meanwhile, will need to watch out for any changes to substantial holders. But, could just be some of the usual S.I.s who love this little company for their 20% rewards in a month. Just have to wait and see like it's been for everything else.
But this is a better place for LNY and its shareholders than it was a couple a days ago.
