Hi I would suggest floating the 50 percent of to a Separate ( NEW ) company and give current holders the rights to apply for shares or maybe issue convertable notes with rights to this to current holders. I would be more than happy to contribute . This is S Bissell s companies FORTE. Very Interesting times ahead. Coking coal is trading at a large premium for steel making, to the average coal .
