Pretty funny CAV has a higher valuation than TAR.
Don't know what kind of logic binwood was using. The issuance of shares to Klaus is as good as it gets. If you pay cash where will the cash come from? Of course it will have to be at least a $1m raise at 6.0c. Mgmt should spend money on DD and maybe a raise in the future when SP is much higher.
