40km2 is big enough to house the two large AVZ pegmatites, the two biggest lithium pegs in the world.
I think based on the share price at the time of 4CE and TAR announcements we are paying roughly double per square metre. Maybe the quality is twice as good?
One last thing, based on the announcement today there is a known mineral occurrence on our tenement (blue dot). Anyone have any further info on that?
