It's a punt but if the DD doesn't check out, they just relinquish the rights to that tenement and are still a shell with EV of $7m.
TAR share price reached 6.6 as a shell so at 8.8 with rights to a tenement Klaus has picked, I'm taking that punt, and if the DD doesn't check out we head back down to the sixes and see what else he can find.
