No historicals, no mapping and it is over towards the Kiambi area where 4CE just announced a heap of Lepidolite. 3 months is a decent DD period though and much better than the 45 days 4CE had. Should be able to figure out if there is anything of value there.

Making acquisition in shares and not $ terms isn't the greatest for current holders. It means 15% dilution whether that be $1.2m at 10c or $2.4m at 20c etc. Given no data to suggest the tenements are any quality it means TAR is paying higher for anything uncovered during their DD instead of bargaining low now when it's a complete unknown.

Pure punt this one, and most are basing this solely on who is involved. Good if you got in at 5c, maybe not so much value now.
