Yep, price action also very surprised me. Have seen a lot of stocks doing multiple bags on such an announcement. Change of sentiment in 4CE seems to impact TAR, noticed some LT posters here probably bailed since then.
Great risk reward ratio though, former heavy resistence at 6 cents is new support, the upside is a multiple of that. Patience is the key..
