The Company has entered into a binding tenement sale agreement with Mr Alan Kon to acquire 100% of the exploration rights over the Gillies Limit project claims, listed in Appendix B. The acquisition is conditional upon completion of due diligence by the Company to its satisfaction and regulatory approvals.
