They got gold fever, is the reason. I remember being shocked after the Stratex deal folded that they did not simply get some guys with drills chasing veins in Juruema, as you suggested. I guess management thought they would become rich and famous from Juruema, so took a huge gamble with our money. I remember being sick when I heard them mention our little junior developing two projects at onve. As I feared we would end up suffering.
It was worse than I thought BTW, this cash raise happening exactly as I suggested. "We are bankrupt... but oh Coupilus will back it up, at half price". Could be the first buying signal in a long time...
