re: Ann: Agreement for first South African co... According to their announcement (http://www.asx.com.au/asxpdf/20140326/pdf/42nmp78jcbrh2s.pdf) Paradice have sold more shares than purchased and so ended up with a short position of 96,414 shares by mid-March.
Actually they had sold more than half of their position at a loss (bought @ $0.36, sold @ $0.25) just a month after accumulating it in November 2012. The sales in March 2014 involved the last ~1m shares.
That said I doubt that they have been selling down recently.
