PVD only have about 8.5% of FTT. The balance of the 19.97% is purchases made by associated entities which I don't believe PVD shareholders have any interest in.
Will be interesting to see what happens from here with those holdings - can PVD afford to have money tied up for a lengthy period, they seem pretty keen to get something happening away from PVD.
