The voting was 57% to 43% of those that voted.
I do not believe you can infer anything about the holders that did not vote in this case.
A significant non turn out is not unusual in a Company that has been driven into the ground like this and highly doubt current management have any sort of engagement with retail holders who might have made a conscious decision to leave the status quo.
More likely a complete lack of interest as there was really no good argument to vote for either side, despite a non holder on here constantly telling us (without any valid reasons) what a good job they are doing
