No gut feels mate.
Pretty much wait for the Aquisition and then
*review the market cap based on the terms agreed
* review what they have actually acquired, is it a hot sector, is it in a country with proven peers nearby etc
* work out if there will be consistent newsflow
If it doesn't pass that basic test then I sell. If it does then I'll keep digging deeper.
