The most disappointing thing for me from the AGM results was that there was not a significant vote against the Remuneration and Performance Rights resolutions. In fact quite the contrary, the votes for were very strong. We may be disappointed with the sell down in the SP ATM but the majority of the other NDO sheep seem to also be happy to be fleeced of our Capital and Shares for fairly ordinary performances by management. Reinforces one's view of the IQ of sheep!
